Entrées Asiago Chicken Boneless & skinless Ohio chicken breast coated in a mix of bread crumbs and Asiago cheese. Baked and served with an Asiago cream sauce. Customer favorite for 10 years! Chicken Parmesan Breaded & baked breast of Ohio chicken with marinara & linguini. With this dish choose only one additional side as it comes with pasta. Eggplant Parmesan We slice our eggplant lengthwise in quarters and fry it with crispy seasoned breadcrumbs. Served with marinara and linguini. Seared boneless Ohio chicken breast with a raspberry & fresh thyme reduction. This dish goes beautifully with either of our rice dishes. Chicken & Asparagus Rolls Boneless Ohio chicken breast with the skin seasoned and crisp, wrapped around fresh asparagus, tomatoes and melted mozzarella. Chicken In Kentucky Bourbon Sauce Tender chunks of Ohio chicken breast stir fried and tossed with a sweet bourbon sauce. Crab Cakes 100% crab meat blended with Dijon, dill & shallots then lightly dusted with breadcrumbs. We include two crab cakes per guest.
