Prices reflect a 100 guest minimum.  For a minimum guest count of 50-99, please add $2.00 per person.  For a minimum guest count of 25-49,  add $3.00 per person.

Asiago Chicken
Boneless & skinless Ohio chicken breast coated in a mix of bread crumbs and Asiago cheese.  Baked and served with an Asiago cream sauce.
Customer favorite for 10 years!


Chicken Parmesan
Breaded & baked breast of Ohio chicken with marinara & linguini.  With this dish choose only one additional side as it comes with pasta.

Eggplant Parmesan
We slice our eggplant lengthwise in quarters and fry it with crispy seasoned breadcrumbs.  Served with marinara and linguini.  With this dish choose only one additional side as it comes with pasta.

Ohio Harvest Pork Loin
Spice rubbed locally raised pork loin, oven roasted and served with Ohio orchard apple cider demi-glace.

Homemade Lasagna
Choose from Traditional, Roasted Vegetable   and White Lasagna with Turkey Sausage.  All are baked golden brown and delicious.  For plated meals we bake your pasta in individual gratin dishes.

Penne with Asparagus, Pistachios & Cream
Penne pasta with sautéed asparagus, toasted pistachios and light Parmesan cream sauce.



Pasta Neopolitan
Linguini with peppers, Kalamata olives, onions, yellow squash and feta & Parmesan cheese tossed with extra virgin olive oil and garlic.
With or without chicken.


Beef Stroganoff
Seared tenderloin tips in a beef stock & sour cream sauce with mushrooms, shallots and a splash of red wine.
Served with buttered noodles so please pick only one additional side.

Seasonal Salmon Dish
We offer salmon prepared in a variety of ways.  Some of our favorites are herb crusted, Teriyaki glazed and in a lemon caper sauce.

Raspberry Chicken
This is another client favorite!  Seared boneless Ohio chicken breast with a raspberry & fresh thyme reduction.
This dish goes beautifully with either of our rice dishes.


Chicken & Asparagus Rolls
Boneless Ohio chicken breast with the skin seasoned and crisp, wrapped around fresh asparagus, tomatoes and melted mozzarella.

Chicken In Kentucky Bourbon Sauce
Tender chunks of Ohio chicken breast stir fried and tossed with a sweet bourbon sauce.

Crab Cakes
100% crab meat blended with Dijon, dill & shallots then lightly dusted with breadcrumbs. We include two crab cakes per guest.

Flat Iron Steaks
The flat iron steak is a popular cut that is very similar to a New York Strip in taste & tenderness.  We pan sear our 8oz steaks and finish them with caramelized onions & mushrooms in a red wine demi-glace.
