This weekend is the Fiery Foods Festival and Two Caterers will be competing once again for the title of Chef Chili Challenge Champion!
This year Chef Isaac Nehrig will be entering his chili entitled "11."
Of course, we cannot divulge the recipe, but we will tell you that it is going to be a "Cincinnati-style" chili with sirloin and chorizo from Bluescreek Farm Meats and cinnamon and cocoa from the North Market Spices, Ltd.
The Chili Challenge is this Saturday, February 19th in northwest corner of mezzanine. A $5 sample fee let's you taste all the chili.
