Two Caterers Contemporary Cuisine is more than a catering company. Of course, we work to have a successful business, but we want more than that. We strive to be a positive force in the charitable community, to support the local foods movement by sourcing product from nearby farms, to actively participate in educational programs and to lead by example with positive environmental practices.
We are proud our staff's talent and commitment to education & knowledge. Through this blog, we hope to share lessons learned from workshops we attend, from business experiences and from inspirational colleagues in our community.
