Two Caterers is a flexible full service catering company. That means that we help you plan the event that works best for your needs from setting up a delicious buffet that is completely disposable to a lavish served event with an ice sculpture and the finest served gourmet entrees. Our chefs can prepare just about anything you desire so don’t be shy about asking your event planner. For the traditional client we prepare the following delicious favorites served to your specifications.

We offer dishes in two price points to help you get the most from your catering budget. Choose the dishes you like and the style of service needed for your event (buffet or plated) and your event planner will help put the finishing touches on your customized quote.  Please note that service staff is not included in our prices.  We our very proud of our professional servers and hire selectively to bring you the most qualified folks for your event.  We base our staffing on the number of guests, style of service, complexity of the menu and the venue you have chosen.

Asiago Chicken
Boneless & skinless chicken breast coated in a mix of bread crumbs and Asiago cheese.  Baked (much healthier than deep fried) and served with an Asiago cream sauce. Customer favorite for 10 years!

Chicken Parmesan
Breaded & baked breast of chicken with marinara & linguini.  With this dish choose only one additional side as it comes with pasta.

Eggplant Parmesan
Our eggplant is definitely NOT like your grandma makes.  We slice our eggplant lengthwise in quarters and fry it with crispy seasoned breadcrumbs.  Served with marinara and linguini.  With this dish choose only one additional side as it comes with pasta.

Ohio Harvest Pork Loin
Spice rubbed locally raised pork loin, oven roasted and served with Ohio orchard apple cider demi-glace.

Homemade Lasagna
Choose from Traditional, Roasted Vegetable  and White Lasagna with Turkey Sausage.  All are baked golden brown and delicious.  For plated meals we bake your pasta in individual Gratin dishes.

Lasagna Rolls Florentine
Hand rolled lasagna noodles with ricotta cheese, spinach, sauteed onions and seasonings.

Penne with Asparagus, Pistachios & Cream
Penne pasta with Sauteed asparagus, toasted pistachios and light Parmesan cream sauce.

Pasta Neopolitan  
Linguini with peppers, Kalamata olives, onions, yellow squash and feta & Parmesan cheese tossed with extra virgin olive oil and garlic.  With or without chicken.

Beef Stroganoff
Seared tenderloin tips in a beef stock & sour cream sauce with mushrooms, shallots and a splash of red wine.  Served with Buttered Noodles so please pick only one additional side.



Seasonal Salmon Dish
We offer salmon prepared in a variety of ways.  Some of our favorites are herb crusted, Teriyaki glazed and in a lemon caper sauce. 



Raspberry Chicken

This is another client favorite!  Seared boneless chicken breast with a raspberry & fresh thyme reduction.  This dish goes beautifully with either of our rice dishes.

Chicken & Asparagus Rolls
Boneless chicken breast with the skin seasoned and crisp, wrapped around fresh asparagus, tomatoes and melted mozzarella.

Chicken In Kentucky Bourbon Sauce
Tender chunks of chicken breast stir fried and tossed with a sweet bourbon sauce.  Great over the toasted orzo and rice pilaf.

Crab Cakes
100% crab meat blended with dijon, dill & shallots then lightly dusted with breadcrumbs. We include two crab cakes per guest.

Flat Iron Steaks 
The flat iron steak is a popular cut that is very similar to a New York Strip in taste and tenderness.  Our beef guy cuts them for us to order in 8 ounce steaks.  We pan sear our steaks and finish them with Caramelized onions and mushrooms in a red wine demi-glace.

Traditional sliced herb roasted prime rib of beef with natural pan sauce.

Upgrade your buffet meal by adding china & silver.  Guest tables will be set with a beautiful place setting of crisp white china, stainless steel flatware, water goblets, linen napkins and pre-set rolls with hand molded butter balls.  The price includes our house china although many options are available for an additional charge.
  Select your entrees, two sides and a salad from the menus listed above.  The elegant dinner buffet includes artisan bread & hand molded butter as well as a coffee service with chocolate treats.

If you prefer a formal event let our chef prepare any of our menu itmes listed above as a beautiful plated presentation.  Custom menus are also available on request and will priced accordingly.  Our chefs love a challenge so schedule a tasting if you would like our chef to prepare something special that isn't on our menu (tasting fees may apply).  All plated dinners are served on china plates with linen napkins, silverware, coffee cups and saucers & water goblets.  Bread and hand molded butter balls are pre-set on the tables.

  • Additional service staff is not included in the plated dinner price and is required for smooth and timely service. Your event planner will work with you on the appropriate amount of professional servers necessary for your event based on venue, complexity of menu and the number of guests.
  • We use white napkins and square restaurant style linens for our basic linen package.  We do offer a large array of gorgeous linens that fit any budget. Please ask your event planner for swatches and pricing.


For the ultimate in luxury dining allow our event planners for help you throw a private dinner party in your home.  A Two Caterers chef and top notch service professional come to your home and prepare a personalized gourmet repast for up to 20 guests.  If you want to add wine to your dinner, we will pair wines with each course.  Your choice of delicious, fresh desserts finish the evening.  Of course, we will shine up your kitchen before we go.  Private dinner parties start at $100 per person and are created to fit your individual tastes.  We guarantee an experience that you and your guests won't soon forget!
